Unable to write to stream

Unable to write to <stream>

This occurs when an error was detected trying to write a data block to disk. This can be caused by a disk being full, another program using the file, or the directory specified in the setup being write protected. It can also occur if an ambiguous format specifier is used.

When this error occurs, the recording option for that stream is switched off. To resume recording, first clear the cause of the error, then re-select recording for that stream.

If Auto-record is enabled for data streams, and a file is selected for replay, then that file will be open and in use by Scream. The attempt to auto-record the same file will then fail, but in this case the message will be suppressed.
